Everyone has the opportunity to influence other people. Every day, we have chances to make a difference in someone else’s life. As Christians, we are called to make a difference to people around us by pointing them to a relationship with Christ. Every believer has been given the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself (2 Corinthians 5:18-19). But most of the time because of the distractions of this world and the self-seeking desires of our heart, we fail to identify these opportunities.
As you go through your day today, look for ways to move past the worldly distractions & selfish motivations. Think of your daily routine. Where do you go? Who do you see? What do you do each day that could be an opportunity to share your faith with someone?
May we focus on our God-given call to be ambassadors for Christ. We must be intentional so that we can make the most of each opportunity. But never forget that it is God Almighty who has equipped us for every good work in order to make a difference in other people’s lives (2 Timothy 3:17). Pray that He would help us see the chances in life to reach out to others; resting in His power and purpose.Have a blessed day,
